Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All sales are charged in US Dollars
(USD). All payments are encrypted and securely processed by our payment processor,
PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
Payments are processed by Paypal for the Planet Co., Ltd. Our online shop
has been built with PayPal as the only transaction engine. We believe PayPal
has created the safest, easiest-to-use, and most cost effective platform for
businesses and individuals to send and receive money.
Shipping
Standard shipping is via international registered Airmail, flat-rate to all
countries worldwide. US orders should arrive within 5 to 14 days. All other
International orders should arrive within 7 to 21 days. You may upgrade shipping
to Express (3-5 days worldwide) upon request and at additional cost. Customs
charges and clearances are the responsibility of the purchaser. For Express
shipping upgrades or any further shipping queries, contact
us.
Notes
All orders are normally processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. All items are hand finished and may take up to 3 business days before shipping. We ship worldwide direct from our workshop in Taiwan. That means there are no dealer markups or location specific re-stocking costs added on, savings are passed directly to you rather than added to the price of the product.
